Howard Hack, M.D.

Pinnacle Gastroenterology is pleased to announce the addition of Howard Hack, M.D., to our practice. Dr. Hack joins us from Arizona bringing over 30 years of clinical and academic experience to our patients in Arkansas. Dr. Hack graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania and earned his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Following an internal medicine internship at the Cleveland Clinic, he completed his residency at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. He was recruited to Stanford University for his fellowship training in Gastroenterology, where he subsequently served as volunteer clinical faculty for 25 years.

His extensive background includes work in community hospitals, private practice, and specialized care for liver diseases. Hack currently serves on the clinical faculty at the University of Arizona School of Medicine at the Tucson VA Medical Center. He also serves as a co-investigator at Adobe Gastroenterology in Tucson, primarily focusing on the care and clinical research (clinical trials) on large volume of patients suffering from liver diseases, such as alcoholic liver disease, NASH, hepatitis and patients with liver transplantation.

In his spare time, Dr. Hack enjoys travel and personal fitness, including yoga. Please join us in welcoming him to our team.
